Does Karibai replace my PMS?
No. Your PMS is still where you manage rates, calendar and bookings. Karibai connects to it to look after your guests and help your team with that data.
Which PMS does it work with?
With the PMS most used by vacation rental managers, and we keep adding more. Write to us and we will tell you whether yours is already connected.
Can I use Karibai without a PMS?
Yes. You can create your properties and bookings by hand in Karibai. With your PMS connected you skip that work and everything stays up to date on its own.
What happens if I change or cancel a booking?
The change reaches Karibai without you doing anything. The stay messages and Kari's answers already use the new details.
Do I have to type my properties again?
No. They are imported with what they already have in your PMS. Your team only fills in what the PMS does not store, such as how to get there or local recommendations.
How long does it take to connect?
Connecting takes a few minutes and the first import starts right away. What takes longest is filling in the property sheets, and your team only does that once.
