They are an example for a 52-property portfolio, not customer data or industry statistics. Move the sliders to your numbers and the result updates instantly.
How are the hours and extras worked out?
Hours: properties × stays × messages per stay × minutes per reply, divided by 60. Extras: 8% to 12% of your monthly stays, times the average price you choose.
What does Kari answer and what goes to your team?
Kari answers from each property's sheet and the booking details: Wi-Fi, check-in, house rules. If the answer is not there, if there is an emergency or a breakdown, or if the guest asks for a person, it hands off to your team in the same conversation.
Does this tell me how much time I would save with Karibai?
No. It works out, with your numbers, the time your team spends on messages today. How much of that Kari covers depends on your properties and your guests, and we go through that with you in a demo.
Do you store the numbers I enter?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent or stored, and we do not ask for your email.
